Yurt and Yurt Sauna hire for Weddings & Events

Our yurts provide a very unique, spacious and flexible venue for any size and type of event whether you’re having a birthday party, a wedding, or a corporate event. We have a collection of yurts to suit every size of event. Our largest 38′ (11.6M)’ diameter yurt has the capacity to comfortably host over 80 people for dinner and plenty more standing. 

Also available are 29’, 24’, 20’, 18’ and 16’ yurts. These can be put up individually or podded together to accommodate bar and lounge areas. We will deliver and assemble and dismantle the yurt, leaving you to decorate to your taste

Weddings

A yurt wedding is a great way to add your own personality to your wedding day. Yurts can be put up almost anywhere, giving you full control over the  location of your big day. Whether you’re going for a festival vibe or simple and sophisticated, our yurts create the perfect canvas to make your wedding dreams a reality. 

We have a selection of furniture and decorations available to hire and we are also happy to make recommendations for photographers, catering, bar services and locations.

Events

We have provided yurts for all sorts of different events from birthday parties, family camping options for your guests, yoga retreats, Off-Road Corporate events, as well as the Musselburgh Races and The Edinburgh Fringe and Book Festival, mini festivals, etc. There’s no end to the possibilities!

38 foot (11.6M) – To accommodate 100+ for a banquet meal-  £3531 

29 foot (8.9M) To accommodate up to 60 for a banquet meal)- £1589.50 

24 foot – £1067

Bedouin Tent – 7M x 4M @ £380 Only suitable when wind conditions allow. This is an open sided tent for summer use.

Travel Costs, including set up and dismantling charged at £1.75 per mile for two return journeys from our workshop at FK17 8LJ to your location) 

First Night Honeymoon 18-foot Yurt, decorated and complete with a Double bed, Wood Burning Stove, Festive Carpets and Fairy Lights and a bottle of Champagne for £775 

Yurt Sauna which can be assembled practically anywhere from £935  hire.
